Irish road signs practice

Learn and revise every Irish road sign for the Driver Theory Test — completely free. Each sign question uses the real official image from the Road Safety Authority Rules of the Road, shown in English with an optional Ukrainian or Russian translation so you learn the sign and its English name at the same time.

Brand clarification: RSA.Irish uses “RSA” as an acronym for Rural Speed Ambition. It does not stand for the Road Safety Authority. RSA.Irish is an independent educational project and is not an official Road Safety Authority, TheoryTest.ie or government service.

Every category of Irish road sign

Road-sign questions are one of the largest parts of the Irish Driver Theory Test, and they are easy marks once you know the signs. RSA.Irish covers every category you will meet on the road and in the exam:

Real signs, not drawings

Every sign in RSA.Irish is the genuine official Irish image, taken from the Road Safety Authority Rules of the Road and the Department of Transport Traffic Signs Manual. Nothing is hand-drawn or invented, so what you study is exactly what you will see on Irish roads and in the real test — including the specific shapes and colours that tell you whether a sign is a warning, an order or information.

Practise in English, Ukrainian and Russian

The real Driver Theory Test is taken in English, so every sign question is shown in English first, with an optional Ukrainian or Russian translation underneath. You learn the meaning of the sign and the English wording used in the exam together — which makes RSA.Irish especially useful for Ukrainians and other newcomers preparing for the Irish test.

How road-sign questions appear in the test

In the official test you are shown a sign and asked what it means, or asked to pick the correct sign for a described situation. RSA.Irish practises both directions in the same multiple-choice style, with an explanation after every answer so you understand why a sign means what it does rather than just memorising it. When you are ready, a full mock exam mixes signs in with every other topic exactly like the real 40-question test.
